House Rulers (Chart Lords)

Every house cusp falls in a zodiac sign, and the ruler of that sign becomes the ruler of that house. The condition and placement of each ruler describe how the house's themes unfold. A 10th house ruler landing in the 4th, for example, ties career to home and lineage.
